Cover + Foreword + Introduction

I want to dedicate this to my parents. My father was a well-known economist. My mother was a less well-known architect, but a very caring person, and also designed most of the houses I grew up in. Both had a huge impact on my life, thinking, ideas, etc.

This book project is intended to be a collaborative endeavor. Please give me feedback on my ideas, contribute your own ideas, whatever. There are spaces for comments, and I will happily grant access to the full editor, should anyone care to write their own posts.
